A LARGE BANKING/FINANCIAL PROVIDER HERE IN THE SLC IS LOOKING TO BRING ON A FEW CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE TO SUPPORT THEIR FRAUD AND CLAIMS OPERATIONS TEAM.
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5pm

This is more of a data entry oriented role
Description:
Customer Service is a large need, working well in a team environment is very important
-Thursday and Friday the RTM works from home, we would need this person being able to work with others to coordinate and
perform without constant supervision
-Some use of Excel
-Navigation of windows
-Will need to use OneNote or Word doc as well for note taking
-Experience within financial industry is a big plus as the goal is for them to move in to case work
-Once shipping responsibilities are mastered, they would move to case work and so the intention is to move them to FTE
-The shipping part of the job is not the experience directly desired but the, reliability and working with a team are the stand out
skills
-Shipping RSA Devices and receiving inventory some physical labor comfortable lifting 20-25lbs
