Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Representative to provide outstanding customer service to our end users. Our Customer Support team actively works with other teams internally to help create solutions and resources that benefit all of our customers. We love problem-solving and take pride in being the face of Suralink for our customers!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer communications and ensure their questions are answered in a timely and complete fashion through chat, phone, and email
Be helpful, friendly, and courteous to each and every customer
Respond to requests for assistance quickly, professionally, and sincerely
Investigate and document customer issues, interactions, resolutions, and requests
Provide our customers with exceptional and memorable Customer Support experiences
Experience and Professional Qualifications:
1-3 years of previous customer service experience
A positive, friendly, professional, and helpful attitude
Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced startup environment
Ability to stay composed and objective in times of high pressure
Computer literacy with the ability to learn software applications (familiarity with Slack, Google Docs, Excel, Outlook, Jira, etc. preferred)
