SUMMARY:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Customer Support Specialist will report to and work closely with Customer Success Manager.
- Manage onboarding of new clients after Commercial team executes an agreement.
- Provide clients with instructions and materials for a smooth ordering and reporting experience.
- Coordinate ongoing relationships with new and existing partners.
- Work closely with the logistics team to send kits and other supplies to partners.
- Work in conjunction with members of the Commercial team and the broader BG Team, to maintain existing collaborations.
- Support client expectations and manage project deliverables and timelines with client and company stakeholders.
- Understand the full scope of operations within the laboratory to accommodate new business and partnerships.
- Manage client resolutions and order issues.
- Adheres to Code of Conduct as outlined in the Baylor Genetics Compliance Program
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience:
- 2-4 years of demonstrated successful client experience/account coordination.
- The ability to think critically and independently and effectively manage expectations of the client while representing Baylor Genetics.
- Must be solution driven and proactive in setting parameters and adhering to deadlines.
