Are you passionate about sports? The Passport is seeking to add a Customer Success Specialist to our growing team!
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering elite service and support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with all aspects of the Passport experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Act as a primary point of contact for Passport customer inquiries, issues, and feedback
- Communicate with coaches/directors to facilitate a smooth roster submission process for events
- Review submitted age/grade documents to verify player eligibility
- Prepare pre-event and post-event customer analysis reports
- Availability to work select weekend events
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or account management is preferred
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for basketball is a plus
