Pointment is a tech start-up in San Francisco Bay Area, CA. We are professional, agile, innovative and we offer easy-to-use software built for nail salons that provides appointment scheduling, payment processing and free marketing.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Success Specialist with a focus on onboarding nail salons to our salon management tool. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of driving Customer Success and satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for, among other things, identifying potential customers, developing relationships with them, and mainly helping onboard them. In addition, proficiency in Vietnamese is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target nail salons as potential customers for our salon management tool.
• Develop and execute strategies to effectively onboard nail salons onto our platform.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at nail salons, including owners, managers, and staff.
• Provide personalized demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the features and benefits of our software.
• Act as the primary point of contact for nail salon customers, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancement initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials, case studies, and success stories to highlight the value of our salon management tool to prospective nail salon customers.Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Proficient in Vietnamese.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
