Job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Engagement Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, scheduling, and handling customer inquiries through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and schedule introductory phone calls and appointments with clients, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and issues promptly, providing solutions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Email Management: Create and send emails using customer service tools, quote tools, and Solo proposals. Build and send quotes/screenshots to customers, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and respond to general social media inquiries, maintaining a professional and responsive online presence.
  • Live Chat Support: Provide real-time assistance to new customers through live chat, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using email, customer service tools, and social media platforms.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or administrative support roles is preferred.
  • Experience in the solar industry is preferred
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Gmail and Freshchat is preferred.
