Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Engagement Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, scheduling, and handling customer inquiries through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and schedule introductory phone calls and appointments with clients, ensuring efficient time management.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and issues promptly, providing solutions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Email Management: Create and send emails using customer service tools, quote tools, and Solo proposals. Build and send quotes/screenshots to customers, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and respond to general social media inquiries, maintaining a professional and responsive online presence.
- Live Chat Support: Provide real-time assistance to new customers through live chat, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using email, customer service tools, and social media platforms.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or administrative support roles is preferred.
- Experience in the solar industry is preferred
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Gmail and Freshchat is preferred.
