Looking for Customer Service representatives to assist with client relations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and e-mails, greeting customers and prospective patients and reminding them of upcoming appointments
• Scheduling appointments for customer consultations, visit to the dealership and services requested
• Liaise and coordinate with service team about schedules, patients and any changes
• Follow up with customer regarding their experience.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
