Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing documents
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in office management or administrative support is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
