New associates will have the opportunity to work 100% remote from home after a 90-120 day probationary period is completed working in the office located in Fairlawn, OH, as long as work standards are being met. Remote (Work From Home) if performance criteria is met.

Patient Account Representative: Job Functions

· Serve as an inbound customer service representative for large health systems and providers at both the state and national level

· Speak with patients via an inbound, automated dialer system

· Maintain and meet appropriate daily call volumes and inbound call goals on a monthly basis while properly documenting account activity

· Analyze patient accounts and resolve to completion to lower client accounts receivable

· Requires the ability to provide superior customer service and satisfaction on every patient encounter while meeting all quality assurance requirements.

Patient Account Representative: Qualifications

· Strong data entry skills and experience working within Windows and web-based applications

· Communication, organizational and prioritization skills

· Effectively interact with peers and other department personnel to make a positive impact

· Utilization of active listening skills and develop a rapport with customers

· Ability to work independently

· Strict adherence to company's Business Conduct Statement and Code of Ethics maintaining the highest level of workplace behavior

· Computer literate - Microsoft Office software a plus.

· Candidates must pass a pre-employment criminal background search

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and fast paced environment

· Excellent people skills

· Minimum typing speed - 40 wpm

· Ability to analyze internal processes and results

· Familiarity with HIPAA compliance helpful

· Organized and detail oriented
