GL Staffing is hiring Customer Service Specialists for a company that offers event equipment located in Hialeah.
We are looking for talented, passionate, and proactive candidates to join the team.
Schedule: Monday to Friday/ 9am-5:30

Description
Assist customers with inquiries via in person, phone, email, and chat, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining excellent phone etiquette, providing top-notch Customer Service, and creating a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous Customer Service support experience
- Excellent phone and written etiquette, including the ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism
- Proactive and great attitude
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferable but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, QuickBooks a Plus.
