This is an in-person position. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Specialist with strong database marketing skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engaging with customers, a talent for utilizing database marketing strategies, and experience in phone-based lead generation and retargeting/remarketing campaigns. This is a part-time position, 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding Customer Service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Manage and analyze customer data to identify sales opportunities and enhance customer engagement.
• Conduct phone calls to leads for qualification, nurturing, and conversion.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align Customer Service strategies with broader marketing goals.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Use CRM and other database tools to track interactions and report on customer feedback and trends.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead generation and follow-up processes.
