A large National Mutual Insurance company is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives, for a long term opportunity, located in Liberty Lake!

Description:

- Assists customers with new and existing claims

- Promotes participation of our client's preferred provider programs and services when applicable

- Provides telephone coverage in accordance with position description

- Adheres to the standards put forth in call strength audit guidelines

- Actively works to increase product knowledge - utilizes KM and resources from the SCO Intranet pages

- Meets performance and dependability expectations as outlined by management

- Contributes to a positive and respectful environment that fuels engagement

- May be called upon to handle additional duties as required

Skills & Qualifications:

- Secure and maintain state and non-resident licenses

- Regular evening, weekend and holiday coverage as dictated by business needs

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word

- Complete ongoing job-related training as assigned through ATLAS or otherwise
