Customer Service Representative (Csr)

Our company provides residential services for Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning customers. We are looking for an outgoing and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Preferred qualities in a Customer Service Representative:

• multi-tasking
• taking instruction from supervisors and peers
• detail oriented and good follow-up.

Job duties for a Customer Service Representative:

• inbound and outbound calls to residential customers
• scheduling appointments for service plumbers & HVAC technicians in OR & WA.

Requirements for a Customer Service Representative:

• We require a valid driver's license, clean background and have a typing speed of 40+ WPM.
• Minimum High School Diploma required
• Any Industry related experience in Electrical, Construction, or Logistics would be a plus
• Solid work history is a large factor in our hiring decision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
