Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through product knowledge, rapport and problem solving. We aim to meet our customers needs before they know they have them!

Responsibilities

- Answer incoming customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Build and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services

- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information

- Assist customers with order placement, questions and recomendations

- Preperation of outgoing rental orders and processing of returned orders

- Assist in maintenance of all rental items and showroom

Experience

- Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred, but not required

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in spanish

Pay: From $16.74 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
