Responsibilities:
- Providing introductory information to new customers
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
- Processing orders and transactions
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
- Scheduling and dispatching work crews to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
- Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crew
Skills and Qualifications:
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Time-management skills
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and answer emails
- Construction experience a plus
