This position is responsible for monitoring the dispatch system to insure repair tickets are available for technicians and that customer commitments are met. Call center agents are responsible for the in-bound and out-bound customer calls and work with other departments to escalate emergency repairs. Excellent task management performance will rise opportunity to become a Call Center Manager in the future.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Interprets, analyzes, schedules, dispatches and routes available field forces for the completion of repairs (must know how to read the map)Clears, updates and completes customer service tickets and monitors service transaction appointments, repair ticket deadlines, deployment status and alerts and coordinates field forces to avoid jeopardy situations
Skill: Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Maps

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
