We are looking for a Customer Service Representativeto join our team!
Duties:
- Maintain email, chat, and call correspondence with customers at a high volume.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and other related inquiries.
- Provide excellent Customer Service.
- Multi-task, prioritize, and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
- Perform other related duties as directed or assigned.

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma (minimum)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred
