Major responsibilities
- Receive and place telephone calls
- May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
- Deliver outstanding, friendly Customer Service in a timely fashion
- Field and send out send written business correspondence- Comprehensive knowledge of Answering Multi-Line Phone System
- Command of Call Center Customer Service
- No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
- Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
- Strong Customer Service and office administrative skills
- 1+ years of past relevant experience
- Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
