Job Description
Responsibilities
- Field calls , emails, and customer inquiries via software to process sales orders
- Update CRM software with customer information ( Great Plains)
- Provide customer shipping instructions and certificate of analysis ( document regarding product)
- Be main liaison between customers and company
- Putting quotes together, processing orders, working with: vendors, invoicing, sales team logistics, purchasing teams
- Coming from Mfg or Distribution exp
- ERP experience
- Assist with customers walking in / calling in, etc.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience - manufacturing / distribution ideal
- Excellent verbal / written abilities
- Tech savy - majority of position requires technology
- Great plains experience a plus but not a requirement
