As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) you are critical to the success of our organization. Your day will include interaction with a diverse population of customers (primarily by telephone) whose needs you will address while overcoming challenges, identifying opportunities, providing solutions, negotiating, and informing. Throughout the day you will perform a variety of Customer Service-related duties and provide administrative and clerical support for branch operations (e.g. posting payments, processing paid accounts, mail and title processing, and accounts payable). Once you have mastered those skills you may have the opportunity to learn and perform additional duties such as entry level collections, underwriting due diligence for loans and contracts (sometimes referred to as “credit investigation” and “investigation and development”), loan funding, contract funding and marketing for loans and optional ancillary products. In addition to these duties, CSRs are expected to contribute as needed to every project at Reliable Credit and to work as necessary to meet our customers’ needs.
