Responsibilities:
- Assist Customers: Provide exceptional service to customers who visit our store or contact us via phone or email.
- Troubleshooting: Help customers diagnose issues with their devices (phones, laptops, tablets, etc.) and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Order Processing: Process repair orders, track inventory, and manage customer inquiries.
- Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends and repair techniques.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.

- Customer-Centric: A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of common tech devices and their functionality.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Technology Repair processes is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
