Responsibilities:
- Assist Customers: Provide exceptional service to customers who visit our store or contact us via phone or email.
- Troubleshooting: Help customers diagnose issues with their devices (phones, laptops, tablets, etc.) and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Order Processing: Process repair orders, track inventory, and manage customer inquiries.
- Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends and repair techniques.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.
