Title: Customer Service / Inside Sales
Rubber-Inc. is an established (1939) Chicago based warehouse distributor of tools, equipment, tire repair materials and supplies to the automotive, light truck and commercial truck tire and service industries. We have locations in Romeoville, IL, Charlotte, NC, Durand, WI, and St. Louis, MO.
Searching for a driven and detail-oriented team player to provide the highest quality support services to internal and external customer accounts, as well as our national sales team. This position will have the tools and resources available to be successful.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inbound and outbound calls
- Monitor inbound emails from customers and other team members
- Ensure each customer receives excellent service and problems are resolved in a timely manner
- Respond to orders efficiently so that products are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct research, read catalogs, manuals, and diagrams to determine correct parts and tools for our customers.
- Coordinates with customers and sales team members regarding discrepancies and errors in customer orders.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations.
Customer Service Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Great organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Attendance and Punctuality
- Experience in the tire industry (recommended)
