Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, or issues promptly, providing accurate product and service information.
- Follow up promptly on all customer requests via phone and email.
- Efficiently identify, research, and resolve customer issues, escalating queries and concerns to management as needed.
- Assist customers with orders and returns.
- Recognize and document trends in customer calls or issues, alerting supervisors accordingly.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude for all internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure overall success.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Comfortable operating in a Windows environment.
- Motivated with the ambition to take on additional responsibilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Solid attention to detail with sound decision-making skills.
