- Answer incoming calls and match carriers with available loads
- Track shipments and communicate delays to account manager
- Communicate with and update customers on shipment status
- Enter data into customer databases: TMS, EDI, etc
- Must have strong organization and multitasking skills
- Must be able to problem solve in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to navigate and learn computer based systems
