We are looking for an experienced Resident Care Coordinator.
You must have experience working in a senior living facility (with 16 or more residents) and with medication management.
Duties include but are not limited to…
- Managing Care of residents
- Service plan meetings with family and residents
- Collecting and documenting weights, vital signs, and reviewing parameters
- Incident report investigation
- Med Tech supervision and training
- Continuous quality improvement
- Maintaining compliance with all local, state and federal guidelines
- Safety compliance
- Scheduling and staffing
- Medication administration
- Caregiving tasks
The RCC works closely with the Health Services Director to secure and train care staff. The RCC is directly in charge of and responsible for care staff.
He or she will order supplies on a weekly basis and ensure the resident medications are secured and administered in a timely manner.
Candidates must be comfortable processing orders and professionally interacting with residents, staff, family and various medical offices and care partners to facilitate the ongoing care of residents.
This role requires flexibility in work hours at times.
Reports directly to Health Services Director and Executive Director.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
