Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will represent our company in a positive and professional manner. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our products or services, and resolve any issues they may have in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous Customer Service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
