Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide assistance promptly and professionally.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all custom specifications are met.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner, striving for customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of customer requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Patience and adaptability during training periods and when dealing with complex customer inquiries.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Pay: Starting at $18/hour
