Customer Service Representative

Strange’s has a position opening for a part time Customer Service Representative at the Mechanicsville location in the floral department. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with every aspect of selection, purchasing, and ordering of floral goods through both in and out of store purchases/transactions. The essential candidate has outstanding Customer Service skills and maintains a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Pay rate to be discussed during the interview process.

Job Responsibilities

• Issues receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
• Greets and assists customers with their floral selections and shopping experience
• Assists in the preparation of sales displays
• Answers phones and completes POS transactions
• Takes customer orders both over the phone and in store
• Presents the customer with product information
• Wraps bouquets and gift baskets
• Stocks shelves and prices product
• Assists with store opening and closing procedures
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
