The Customer Service Representative will typically do the following: listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns, provide information about products and services, take orders, determine charges, review or make changes to customer accounts, handle questions or complaints, record details for customer contacts, research answers or solutions as needed, refer customers to supervisors, managers or other team members as necessary.
Job Specification: Essential Duties and Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop a professional relationship with domestic customer accounts
· Communicate with customers, sales representatives, distributors and production manager with any order updates
· Process quotations, purchases orders and other related information for order entry, and process customer’s claims
· Prepare and enter technical drawings, recommend potential products and services to customers
· Analyze customers’ needs and collaborate with management to develop customer accounts

Qualifications and requirements
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but will consider a combination of education and experience in lieu of degree
· Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment preferred
· Technical aptitude is a plus
· Strong computer skills and advanced working knowledge of MS Office
· Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with customers, sales representatives, other team members, and distributors while maintaining a positive attitude
· Must be detail oriented and well organized
Experience
· 2+ years’ experience with the above criteria

· Must have the ability to sit at a desk using a computer for 8 or more hours per day; stand, kneel, walk and bend as required throughout the work day to accomplish various tasks
· Be able to lift, pull, push or carry various types of light weight files or tools (approximately 1-10 pounds) and process accordingly.

Pay: $16.92 - $20.38 per hour
