SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Ecommerce Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for Amazon Vendor Central purchase order processing, Amazon Seller Central replenishment coordination, Shopify brand-store fulfillment oversight, and general Customer Service activities. The Ecommerce Customer Service Specialist will work closely with members of the Ecommerce, Customer Service, Sales, and Operations teams to meet company expansion, sales, and profitability goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Accepting and processing Vendor Central purchase orders to meet identified KPIs.
- Building FBA inventory replenishment plans and collaborating with Operations to execute them.
- In coordination with Operations, oversee successful Shopify brand-store fulfillment on Ecommerce orders.
- Perform domestic and international Customer Service activities as needed.
- Ensures all orders are entered correctly and in a timely manner.
- KEY RESULT AREAS
- Vendor Central PO Confirmation Rate.
- Seller Central In-Stock Rate.
- Inventory levels and turns.
- Channel revenue and profitability.
- Others as defined.
Requirements
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE
- 2+ years of experience and results working in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central required.
- Expertise working in both Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central is a plus.
- Shopify and Great Plains work experience is beneficial in this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) programs.
- Ability to work independently and pro-actively in a fast-paced atmosphere as well as work and collaborate effectively with team members across all functional areas.
- Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities simultaneously.
- A deep sense of priority and deadlines, coupled with a powerful desire to lean into change, flexibility, and continual learning.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma required.
- Associates or BS in Business related degree preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
