Disaster Case Management Program Construction Coordinator

Vermont’s Statewide Flood Recovery Program has launched! This two-year program is funded by FEMA in partnership with the State of Vermont and is overseen by Capstone Community Action with positions throughout the state.

We are looking for 11 full-time individuals to support Vermonters impacted by the historic flooding in July 2023 that have a keen interest in supporting their communities to recover from the flood.

Positions we are hiring for:

2 Disaster Case Mangers to serve Orange, Washington, Lamoille, Caledonia, and Orleans counties.

· This role will partner with disaster survivors to assess and address unmet needs, identify available resources, and support their financial, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

3 Construction Coordinators

· This role will coordinate construction efforts for the Disaster Case Management teams.

1 Data Manager

· This role will be responsible for data quality, training, and reporting.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
