Customer Service Representative
to join our Insurance team!
This position is directly responsible for the insurance needs of our clients and contributes to the financial stability of Cascade Crest Insurance by delivering a high standard of service to new and renewing policyholders while meeting all aspects of their servicing needs. The position functions as a business contact to written and assigned accounts and will act in a supporting role between the client and the insuring company, with a focus on providing superior service. Requires obtaining and maintaining appropriate licenses and continuing education. This is a non-exempt position.
