SalaryA very Busy Print Marketing firm needs to add a full-time member to their team. Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm. No weekends - We work hard and value teamwork and providing great service to our customers.
We Are Seeking Friendly Outgoing Detail Orientated Customer Service / Print Production Individual with some Adobe Suite graphics background.
Must have previous Print Shop Experience, Customer Service skills, and be a team player. You will be responsible for communicating with customers, quoting jobs, communicating & submitting files to vendors, and understanding their requirements. Strong knowledge of creating & manipulating PDF, EPS, and Postscript files.
Knowledge of variable data and preparing mailers, ability to correct potential output problems from customer files, and quick problem-solve to produce a high-quality finished product. Use of digital equipment such as Xerox, Konica, and Fiery Command Workstation to produce very high-quality products quickly.
