Pay $20-25/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
-Lead and inspire a team of department associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
-Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products and accessories
-Develop and implement creative merchandising strategies to showcase products effectively, driving sales and enhancing the customer shopping experience
-Foster a customer-centric environment by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
-Implement sales initiatives and promotions to drive revenue growth
-Stay informed about new products, trends, and techniques, sharing knowledge and expertise with customers and team members
-Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment to uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines
-Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms to optimize product selection and profitability
-Monitor departmental expenses and budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maximizing profitability
-Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills

-Previous experience in retail management
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service

-Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
-Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
