With its value-added package of offerings, ZARTECH has seen tremendous growth in recent years and is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our Salem, Oregon location.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Customer Service/Inventory Control Representative is responsible for processing customer orders and assuring delivery in accordance with customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities and inventory control.
Specific Duties:
- Process and receive orders from Customers and Outside Sales Representatives.
- Processing of warehouse documents including shipping tickets, document alteration when equivalents are substituted, warehouse receipts and credits/returns.
- Coordination and scheduling of all warehouse materials, ensuring that they are “on time” and “planned”.
- Responsible for management of inventory and miscellaneous stored items.
- Completes other special projects and various duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or related experience (Customer Service/Inventory Control experience preferred).
- Thorough knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software (Microsoft Excel and Word) and distribution software (Prophet 21 preferred).
