Smail Collision Center is growing and is currently seeking a full time Customer Service Representative. We are looking for an individual who is organized and detail oriented, as well as ready and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities and Duties
Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
•Answer Phones, greet customers, work to help the repair process go smoothly from start to finish
•Work with different computer programs while the repairs are ongoing
•Be able and flexible to work with others in an ever-changing business
Qualifications and Skills
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
•Must have a clean driving record and valid Driver’s License
•Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
•Excellent Customer Service skills
