Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading financial institution committed to delivering exceptional banking services to their customers. Due to growth, they are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative based out of their Federal Way, WA location. We are seeking candidates with at least 6 months of previous Customer Service experience who can start immediately, as they are ready to hire ASAP.

Position Details:

• Location: Onsite in Federal Way, WA

• Duration: 4-5 month contract with potential for extension

• Pay: $21 per hour

• Hours: M-F, full time, standard business hours

 

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with banking inquiries, account transactions, and product information.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services to meet their financial goals.

• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate department for further investigation.

• Process account changes, updates, and transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Educate customers on the features and benefits of our banking products, including online and mobile banking services.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers.

• Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 6 months or more of previous experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a call center or banking environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software ideal.

• Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
