Pay Rate: $18.50/hr to $23.50/hr depending on experience

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service
• Professional phone skills
• Energetic personality
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers over the phone, email, and through online platforms
• Respond to inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet customer's HVAC needs
• Understand HVAC products and services offered by Vitt Heating & Air, including knowledge of different HVAC systems, components,
• efficiency ratings, and installation requirements
• Maintain customer account information
• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
• Address customer concerns and be an integral part of finding solutions for our valued clients
• Conduct outbound calls to explain warranties on new equipment sales and program benefits
• Answer service phone, take calls to answer customer concerns and questions, evaluate urgency, and schedule accordingly
• Process service work orders
• Process warranty claims
