Customer Service Representative

$35,000 - $45,000 annually

• Maintain regular contact with customers in St. Louis, MO, US, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
• Provide friendly and accurate Customer Service to policyholders, answering questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims submissions, and billing clarification
• Respond promptly to emails from customers in St. Louis, MO, US, addressing their queries and alleviating any worries they may have
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base and capitalize on them to provide additional coverage options

• Must demonstrate enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn
• Capable of effectively multitasking, following up, and completing tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Possess a professional telephone demeanor
• Preferred to have a current Property Casualty and/or Life Health Insurance license
• Display a positive attitude, both when working independently and as a team player
• Strong problem-solving skills are required
• Motivated and proactive in taking initiative
