General Summary
Principle job responsibility is coordination of customer order processing, working with purchasing, lab, warehouse, shipping, and billing.
Manages the order fulfillment process including order entry, administration, shipping and billing.
Oversees the order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with the organization's Customer Service standards.
Reports to a supervisor or manager; works under close supervision. Must be detail-oriented. Preferred Bilingual Spanish/English
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Processes customer orders on a daily basis:
Downloads dye/colorant order information from website and inputs order into system
Coordinates the entire order process including working with lab, warehouse, shipping, and billing for prompt order processing; arranges shipping date
Coordinates with order fulfillment department to ensure order processed promptly
Monitors production order schedules and expedites delivery per customer requests
Operates inventory control software, word processing, and spreadsheet applications
Serve as liaison with sales, lab, warehouse, shipping, and billing:
· Provides follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products and/or services provided
· Generates correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes
Education and Work Experience
This position typically requires 1-2 years experience in a relevant environment or industry. Must be detail oriented.
