Customer Service Representative

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze customer needs.

Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues
- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in Customer Service or sales is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
