Job Description
Our Customer Service Representatives are the first interaction with our customers and guide the experience for their car wash. You will work under site leadership to learn and maintain an excellence-focused team; uphold The Metro Express Car Wash Core Values for Customer Service and operational excellence.
- Greets and assists customers through the car wash process with a smile and focused attention
- Informs customers about promotions, sales, and memberships according to training standards
- Guides customers through the entrance of the car wash
- Promotes a safety conscious culture and safe working environment
- Ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Participates in facility, equipment, and property maintenance
- Goes above and beyond to help customers, colleagues, and live by the Core Values

Applicants must be over 18 to apply. We do hire for full time positions. Weekends and schedule flexibility is expected. Travel is not expected for this position.
