Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. Skills/Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of previous Customer Service experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous insurance industry experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Attention to detail for accurate data entry and order processing
• Sales experience is a plus, as you may have opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services

Duties:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed
• Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions or concerns
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent Customer Service delivery
