Skills/Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of previous Customer Service experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous insurance industry experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and order processing
- Sales experience is a plus, as you may have opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions or concerns
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent Customer Service delivery
