CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
· Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns
· Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints with a calm, patient, and reassuring manner
· Ensure customer satisfaction with understanding and follow-up resolution
· Acquire detailed product knowledge about our company
· Process orders and requests, answer questions, and provide information about our products
· Maintain written documentation of customer interactions
· Answer phone calls and emails and apply excellent troubleshooting skills if necessary
· Provide timely and understanding assistance that keeps customers’ needs at the forefront of every interaction
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed
WORK HOURS
8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

· High school graduate

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
