Our Customer Service Representatives are the daily voice and face of our business. We are looking for an energetic personality who is upbeat and professional on the phone. The ideal candidate will be reliable, responsible, friendly, and a quick learner. This is an in office position.
Duties
- Answering phone and emails.
- Processing orders in the computer.
- Handling inquiries and quotes.
- Act as a liaison between sales, warehouse, and customers.
- Other office duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Be accurate and detail oriented.
- Have a positive and friendly "customer first" attitude.
- Handle any service issues and problems with grace.
- Be reliable and responsible.
- Be willing to learn and ask questions.
About Field Paper
We are a 106-year-old paper merchant supplying printing papers to printers. Our mission is to promote the printing industry by providing quality papers. To be the merchant the industry relies on.
We offer paid vacations, holidays, 401K, flexible spending account, health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance, 40 hours a week with some overtime. Hours will be 8:00 - 5:00 with an hour lunch break. Compensation will be determined based upon experience.
