Job Duties:
- Accurately place orders for customers.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers through various channels, phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Process customer orders.
Pay: $15-19/HR
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7am – 4pm or 8am – 5pm
