Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities
- Problem-solving inbound phone and email customer inquiries regarding various potential account issues.
- Make outbound contact with customers in accordance with program guidelines.
- Review customer escrow accounts to determine available funds for repair issues.
- Assist customers with insurance compliance issues and fee assessments.
- Reconcile customer lease and escrow accounts.
- Interface with third-party partners on billing and payment issues.
- Additional duties and projects as assigned.
Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and solution-minded problem solver who excels at multitasking.
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience in the trucking industry, preferably within consumer-facing loans/leases.
- We/us type people who like being part of something bigger.
- Good computer skills, familiar with using Microsoft products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent math, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate high trustworthiness attributes: consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.

Pay Details: $23.50 to $26.00/hour, dependent on experience.
