SUMMARY:
As a Customer Service Representative at the Rogers Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. You will be the frontline contact for inquiries, order processing, and resolving issues. Your dedication to delivering top-notch service and your passion for helping others will be integral to our continued success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online inquires.
- Provide accurate and timely information about our athletic equipment and training solutions.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate products based on their needs and goals.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, aiming for effective resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings and industry trends.
- Document customer interactions, orders, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as order tracking, data entry, and record keeping.
- Contribute to the improvement of Customer Service processes by offering insights and suggestions.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Prefer associate degree or higher.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze and interpret the English language.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficient keystrokes using Word, Excel, and Power Point software. Ability to complete data entry in an accurate and expedient manner in (Salesforce and Epicor).
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Must possess basic math skills.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with the variety of situations and people.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Agility of the upper and lower body extremities and capable of lifting 35 pounds.
