Job Description
Customer Service Representative- Full-Time
- Sweeps, shovels or vacuums loose debris or salvageable scrap into containers and removes containers from work areas.
- Inspects parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with standards or regulations.
- Drives vehicles up for customers.
- Washing vehicles
- Fuel vehicles
- Makes key tags for vehicles.
- Greets customers at the cashier desk in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Processes customer bills.
- Receives credit card payments from customers; records amount received.
- Issues receipts to customers.
- Provides refunds or credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise or as directed by managers.
- Answers customer questions about service performed or products purchased, or refers them to someone who can.
- Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
- Provides clerical and secretarial assistance to departments as needed.
- Answering of incoming calls.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Keeps work area neat and clean
Job Requirements
- Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Ability to follow both oral and written directions and instructions.
- Ability to read road maps, use of GPS whenever necessary.
- Maintain regular and prompt attendance.
- Positive attitude demonstrating courtesy to all customers.
- Promotes a productive working relationship with others.
