Summary of Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative provides efficient procedural and clerical support between Electronics and customer contacts. This job description indicates the general nature and level of the work that is expected. Primary Responsibilities
- Works cooperatively with all Beaver Aerospace personnel to insure excellent Customer Service
- Use the Internet to monitor customer requirements, government updates, new sales opportunities, representations and any internet forms submitted.
- Review Customer delivery requirements and schedule deliveries to match customer requirements
- Keep up to date on ERP system use and provide support and training for other employees
- Start RFQ’s, quote units, receive and process orders for all XG jobs
- Constantly review job priorities and pricing
- Assists individual departments with special projects as necessary or when appropriate
- Utilizes telephone, fax and email services to prepare, answer, relay or direct necessary information to appropriate personnel, business contacts and customers
- Uses scanning and copying equipment to reproduce documents, manuals, and presentations and distributes appropriately
- May cover job responsibilities of other Customer Service employees
Minimum Requirements
- Associates Degree in Business / Accounting or equivalent
- Efficient use of computer based data entry systems such as MS Office/Oracle/PDF
- 3 – 4 years of experience in Customer Service
